Courtesy Transportation:
Heritage Mitsubishi will provide a rental vehicle to you under some conditions at no charge during warranty repairs only.
Heritage Mitsubishi does not provide rental or loaner vehicles unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty program, insurance coverage or your Extended Service Contract. We can provide assistance in obtaining a rental vehicle from an independent rental car company. These are generally at a reduced cost to you extended from the rental agency as a courtesy. Heritage Mitsubishi has no control over availability or requirements for rental.
Shuttle Service:
If you need a ride to work, home or school within the Longview area, Heritage Mitsubishi is happy to accommodate you and will pick you up if needed when repairs are completed Please notify your service consultant if you need shuttle service.
